At Addiesdive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your watch or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the appropriate return address.

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films, tags, manual, and warranty cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our processing center.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
